| All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. A contract is formed between us and you when (and not before) we have sent you confirmation by writing or email to the address |
| or email address you have given and receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment. You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted. |
| If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit in full for any sum |
| that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way |
| Returns Policy |
| Avocations Ltd carefully selects its products and hopes you will be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty goods, |
| please contact us avocations@btinternet.com or telephone 07941 522046 between 9.15 am and 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday. |
| Our return's policy is simple and the "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, |
| defective or you've had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us. |
| The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or |
| damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers. |
| Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full un-used condition and in their original packaging, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective. |
| Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 10 days. |
| Cancellation. |
| You have the right to cancel the contract. In order to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery The goods must be returned in perfect condition |
| and you must pay the cost of returning the goods. You do have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession. In case of cancellation, we must return your |
| payment within 30 days of the cancellation. |
